You'll need your website copy, brand assets (logo, color palette, font suite), photos, logins, offer details, and any must-have links. I'll guide you through the prep process with a Strategy Questionnaire, DIY Content Writing Guide, checklist, and prep call.

Most of your time will be spent before your website build begins, gathering the pieces I need to make Design Day or your custom build run smoothly.

You can expect to spend about 30-45 minutes completing your Strategy Questionnaire, 60 minutes on your Strategy Session, and 3-4 hours gathering your website prep materials, such as copy, images, branding assets, login details, and any other content we need for your site.

You’ll also need to set aside time for revisions. For One Day Websites, you’ll need to be available from 3:00 to 5:00 PM Central on your Design Day. For Custom Websites, you’ll need to be available on the second Thursday of your build from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM Central. Revisions are handled in real time through a live Google Doc, so you do not need to be on Zoom, but you do need to be available to review, comment, and answer questions as I make updates.

It is recommended to book at least 2 weeks in advance to allow you enough time to gather content for your new website design. Check with me if you have a tight deadline you are working toward.

Kitchen.co is the project management system we will be using to keep us both organized and on the same page. After your Website Strategy Session, I will send you a Kitchen.co board to start completing. On this board, you will be able to see our project timeline and gain access to your Strategy Questions, DIY Website Content Writing Guide, Pre-Work, and Kajabi Website Training Videos.

Voxer is a walkie-talkie app that we will use for communication during your Design Day or Two-Week Build. It allows for quick communication so we don’t miss a beat!

Yes, both experiences include SEO-friendly page titles, meta descriptions, basic on-page SEO, image alt text, URL structure, and GA4 + Google Search Console setup.

These experiences do not include ongoing SEO blogging, keyword research packages, or long-term SEO strategy. Need ongoing SEO support? I can send you my referrals after your website launches.

Yes. You will need a domain, which is around $12-15/year, and legal pages (Privacy Policy and Terms & Conditions). You will also need your own Kajabi account. If you’re not sure which Kajabi plan you need, we can talk through that during the inquiry process.
